Conveniently located in the lively tourist centre of Los Pinos, the apartment complex is only 50 metres from the beach and about 1.5 km from the town centre. The establishment offers comfortable accommodations of various categories, suitable for both business and leisure trips. Costa Brava airport is roughly 43 km away and Barcelona airport is approximately 88 km from the property. The residence was opened in 2003 and offers modern amenities and attentive service. Accommodations come with a living/ dining room with a sofa bed as standard, and also feature 2 en-suite bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a terrace or balcony for further comfort.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
