Os apartamentos situam—se na zona turística de Los Pinos, apenas a cerca de 50 m da praia e a aproximadamente 1,5 do centro da cidade. O aeroporto da Costa Brava localiza-se a uma distância aproximada de 43 km e o de Barcelona a cerca de 88 km. O complexo de apartamentos foi inaugurado em 2003. Os apartamentos para 4-5 pessoas contemplam sala de estar/jantar com sofá-cama, 2 quartos com cama de casal, 2 casas de banho completas, kitchenete e varanda ou terraço. A água, a electricidade, a limpeza e a utilização da piscina estão incluídas no preço. Na área exterior encontra-se uma piscina.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
