This apartment hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of Cala'n Bosch, and guests can also find shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the apartments. It is very easy to get into Cala'n Bosch itself simply by hopping onto the 'fun-train' circuit, which runs around the area. The apartments are 5 km from the nearest beach, 8 km from the centre of Ciudadela and 45 km from Mahon Airport. Comprising just 20 single-storey apartments set around a sparkling swimming pool, this complex is ideal for families. It is typically Mediterranean in design, with lots of trees and colourful flowering shrubs scattered amongst the stone-clad, red-roofed apartments. Guests arriving by car can use the car park, and younger guests to the hotel will enjoy the children's playground. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
