They also have a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooker, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities, and a large terrace. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Further standard amenities include double beds, a satellite/cable TV, washing machine, ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. The villa complex features an outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers laid out on the sun terrace. Sun loungers can also be found on the sandy beach. Guests can find a golf course around 50 km away from the villa complex.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
