A stop for public transport is situated roughly 300 m from the hotel. Superbly located and renovated in 2002, the two villas are surrounded by a bewitching 1,000 hectare-large garden complex. The neighbouring building comprises an inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours, safes, a currency exchange desk and a cloakroom. In addition, there is a small supermarket and a bicycle hire service available to guests. Additionally, laundry and medical services are available. For guests arriving by car, there are parking spaces on offer. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
