Check-In and Keys should be collected at Hotel Maré, address: Rua Mouzinho de Albuquerque 10 de NazaréLocated in the heart of Nazaré, Villas Mare Residence offers modern apartments with a full kitchen and a furnished patio or balcony overlooking the seasonal pool. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The apartments, decorated in bright colors, feature a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a separate dining and seating area with a sofa and flat-screen TV with cable channels. Each of the apartments includes an elegant private bathroom decorated in white tones and a bath or shower. A 5-minute walk away we find several cafes, bars and restaurants serving regional and national cuisine. There are barbecue facilities on site and local shops and supermarkets can be found in the village center, a 10-minute walk away. Guests can sunbathe by the pool, on the sun terrace, or enjoy local activities such as sailing, surfing lessons and horse riding. Bicycle (See more)

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
