This small complex of four Canarian-style villas offers a tranquil escape. Each three-story villa accommodates up to six guests, perfect for families or friends seeking relaxation. Villas feature spacious private sun terraces, three bedrooms with two single beds each, and two fully equipped bathrooms with hairdryers. A fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining area with a sofa, satellite TV, dining table, and DVD player provide all the comforts of home. The ground floor offers a ping pong table, reading area, and games corner. Enjoy Gran Canaria's weather on the furnished terrace with stunning golf course views. Guests share a pool and sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a safe, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, fan, and washing machine. Free parking is available, and baby cots, tubs, and highchairs are available upon request. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
