This elegant apartment complex is situated approximately 2 km from the sandy beach and the dunes, 38 km from the airport. Corralejo with its many bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues is just 15 minutes away. The complex is well situated for access to the public transport network with stops located directly in front. The resort has 50 villas on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4. Each is equipped with parking and swimming pool (heated in winter for an extra charge). The large garden is also the terrace, barbecue, sunbeds and parasols. It provides laundry, cots (on request) and car rental. The modern apartments all come fitted with an en suite bathroom, a living room, a bedroom, a dining room and a kitchen which includes a cooker with an oven, coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a DVD player, an iron, satellite/cable TV, a hi-fi stereo system, a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
