Apartments Vista Mar are an ideal place to enjoy the sunshine and the great weather of Lanzarote. This small apartment complex is located in a quiet area but only 5 minutes walk from the beach and all facilities that the resort offers. There are a total of 21 apartments and a nice pool area for the guests to relax. There are personal at the complex between 09.00-16:00. Times may vary. If you arrive outside these hours you need a code for the main gate. First try to push to open the gate, if the gate does not open, then use the code. Once inside just beside the reception there you will find a post box . On top of the box there will be an envelope with your name on it. Inside the envelope are your room keys and other important information. The emergency number is 650 637 912 just if any assistance outside our schedule is needed.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
