Este complexo de apartamentos está localizado na estância de Mojacar Playa, a apenas 350 metros da praia com 17 km de extensão (principalmente areia) e a uma curta caminhada do centro da vila com seus bares, restaurantes e lojas. Este edifício tem apartamentos para 4 ou 6 pessoas. Os apartamentos estão equipados com 2 quartos duplos, uma sala de estar/jantar com sofá-cama, uma cozinha totalmente equipada e uma casa de banho privativa. Outras comodidades incluem um terraço, um frigorífico, uma máquina de lavar louça, uma torradeira, um micro-ondas, uma televisão, ar condicionado individual e um secador de cabelo. No exterior, existe uma piscina e um campo de ténis. Festas/eventos não são permitidos.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
