Este complejo de apartamentos está ubicado en la localidad de Mojacar Playa, a tan solo unos 350 m de la playa (principalmente de arena) de 17 km de longitud y a un corto paseo del centro del pueblo con sus bares, restaurantes y tiendas. Este edificio dispone de apartamentos para 4 o 6 personas. Los apartamentos están equipados con 2 habitaciones dobles, un salón-comedor con sofá cama, una cocina totalmente equipada y un baño en suite. También incluyen terraza, nevera, lavavajillas, tostadora, microondas, TV, aire acondicionado individual y secador de pelo. En el exterior hay una piscina y una pista de tenis. No se permiten fiestas/eventos.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
