Der Ferienkomplex liegt nur etwa 50 m vom schönen Strand Cala Blanca und ca. 200 m von der Bushaltestelle, von der eine Verbindung in das ca. 3,5 km entfernte Ciutadella besteht, entfernt. Zum kommerziellen Zentrum, einem kleinen Bereich mit Geschäften, Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkten, sind es etwa 200 m. Der Flughafen Mahon liegt ungefähr 50 km weit weg.Die Anlage umfasst 24 Apartments mit einem Schlafzimmer, die sich auf 3 Etagen verteilen. Die höher gelegenen Etagen können mit dem Aufzug erreicht werden. Die Apartments stellen eine qualitativ gute Unterkunft dar. Zu den Einrichtungen zählt eine Rezeption mit Wechselstube, Autovermietung, Mietsafe und Touristeninformation. Die Rezeption ist während des Tages geöffnet. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
