Description

This lovely hotel is located in the attractive, quiet resort of Playa de Muro. The spectacular sandy beach is just a stone's throw from the hotel and it is just 3 km to the centre's copious shops and other entertainment attractions. It is well worth paying a visit to the neighbouring nature reserve. The building was constructed in 1995 and consists of 5 floors and a total of 265 apartments. Guests are offered a beautiful, large garden and pool area, a substantial lobby with lifts, a currency exchange counter and a 24-hour reception. There is also a supermarket, bicycle hire, a café, a snug bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and high chairs available for small children. Business guests may make use of the Internet access. Guests may also use the medical assistance if necessary. Younger guests may enjoy letting off steam in the play area or in the kids club. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
