This apartment complex is located 100 meters from Fañabe Beach, in the popular Playa de las Américas area on Tenerife's south coast. Public transport is within walking distance. Renovated in 2009, the complex offers a sun terrace, reception desk, currency exchange, safety deposit boxes, and room service. Laundry, bicycle, and car rental services are also available, along with internet access in the lobby and a poolside bar. The apartments feature en suite bathrooms, TVs, and fully equipped kitchenettes with fridges, ovens, and microwaves. Guests can enjoy three swimming pools and a solarium.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
