Description

The complex of luxury comfortable 4* villas is located 20 kms from the South Airport Reina Sofia and is situated right by the Autopista del Sur, thus providing a quick access to any point of interest. This stylish and modern complex of villas, built in 2015 has quickly become famous for its great position in a quiet district but still in the center of infrastructure. A famous shopping mall GranSur is situated just 100 meters away with its multiple shops, restaurants, supermarket. It is easy to find a place for breakfast and dinner or to just simply purchase a local sim-card. The closest and at the same time one of the nicest beaches in the South of Tenerife – Playa Fañabé is situated within 12 minutes walk, just 850 meters away. The complex is also close to a SPA and GYM center, and a famous local night club Achaman. All major parks are at around 10-20 minutes by car/ bus.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
