Estas villas de lujo se encuentran a 20 kms del Aeropuerto Sur Reina Sofía y están situadas justo al lado de la Autopista del Sur, lo que proporciona un acceso rápido a cualquier punto de interés. El complejo de modernas y elegantes villas, construido en el año 2015, se ha vuelto popular por su excelente ubicación en una zona tranquila, pero cerca del centro. El CC GranSur se encuentra a sólo 100 metros de distancia, con sus múltiples tiendas, restaurantes, y supermercado. Es fácil encontrar un lugar para desayunar o cenar o simplemente comprar una tarjeta SIM. La playa de Fañabé, la más cercana y al mismo tiempo una de las más bonitas del sur de Tenerife, se encuentra a unos 12 minutos a pie. El complejo está cerca de un centro de spa y gimnasio, así como de una discoteca.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
