The behotelisboa is a four-star hotel located in the heart of Lisbon, which is differentiated by its intimate atmosphere, personalized welcome, comfort and central location. The hotel is located a five-minute walk from some of the most emblematic tourist attractions of the capital, such as St. George's Castle, the Cathedral, Praça do Comércio, Rossio and Chiado. The behotellisboa offers 39 rooms spread over five floors, with surfaces between 14 and 29m2. They are divided into five different categories: 6 standard with city views, 5 Mansarda, 8 Superior and 4 premium. Please note that the mini and mansard rooms are all on the top floor (5th floor) and the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, which means you will have to climb 1 flight of stairs. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
