Este confortable hotel urbano se ubica en la zona turística de Costa Ballena. Su situación central es el signo distintivo de este hotel, que dista solo 100 m de las paradas de transporte público más cercanas. En las proximidades se encontrarán diversos lugares de compras, innumerables bares, cafeterías y restaurantes, así como otros muchos lugares de ocio. La tentadora playa, con sus aguas color turquesa, dista solo 800 m del hotel. El centro urbano es fácilmente accesible en coche o transporte público, de precio muy razonable. Este hotel, construido en el año 2001, consta de un total de 200 habitaciones distribuidas en 3 plantas, de las cuales 185 son habitaciones dobles y 15 son suites.
