Description

This hotel is situated in the historic village of Alcoutim, beside the Guadiana river, just 40 km from Monte Gordo. Many beautiful sights are within walking distance of the hotel, including the 14th century castle ruins from where visitors may enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Faro airport is roughly 100 km away. The hotel comprises a total of 31 rooms and features a currency exchange desk and a safe. Further amenities include a bar, a restaurant serving local and international cuisine and a conference room for up to 40 people. The reception is also able to arrange various services such as car hire, and room and laundry services. The rooms each come with an en suite bathroom, a telephone and satellite/ cable TV. All rooms also feature a balcony and air conditioning. There is a swimming pool and a tennis court in the grounds.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
