Totalmente remodelado em 2018, esta unidade está localizada em Albufeira (Areias São João), a 500 metros da Praia dos Aveiros e a 300 metros de bares, restaurantes, lojas e supermercado. A 2 km de distância encontra-se o centro histórico da cidade. O hotel dispõe de uma agradável zona exterior com jardim, piscina e pool bar onde poderá desfrutar dos 360 dias de sol algarvios. Todos os quartos e apartamentos do Topazio Mar incluem uma televisão por satélite, mini-bar, cofre, ar condicionado, secador de cabelo, maquina café e varanda. Os apartamentos também dispoem de kitchnette e micro-ondas.
