O complexo de apartamentos situa-se numa área tranquila, apenas a cerca de 400 m da praia de Levante, na cidade de Benidorm. No centro balnear poderá visitar os seus inúmeros estabelecimentos comerciais e locais de entretenimento, como restaurantes e discotecas. O aeroporto de Alicante, com boas ligações internacionais, localiza-se a aproximadamente 55 minutos de automóvel. O complexo de apartamentos, inaugurado em 2000, contempla um total de 42 apartamentos, distribuídos por 12 andares. Dispõe de elevadores, com os quais poderá confortavelmente alcançar todos os andares. Os hóspedes poderão ainda cambiar dinheiro. No agradável bar do hotel é possível relaxar após um exaustivo dia de férias. Os apartamentos oferecem uma atmosfera acolhedora e um elevado grau de conforto. Contam com uma área conjunta com sala e quarto e um quarto separado. A maioria contempla varanda com uma belíssima vista para a paisagem circundante. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
