Description

This beach hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, with excellent views of the sea and mountain, and is just 200 metres from Poniente beach. The tourist centre and old town are 3.5 km away and the hotel is 2.5 km from a shopping centre with a wide range of shops, leisure activities and restaurants. In the surrounding area of the hotel there are several restaurants and bars.The beach hotel was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2007. It has 15 storeys with a total of 243 rooms, of which 10 are singles and 233 are doubles. Guests are offered a spacious lobby with lift access, a games room, a TV room, a 24-hour reception and a play area for children. In addition, the hotel has an attractive café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for younger guests. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
