Este hotel fica apenas a 100 m da praia da Oura em Albufeira, uma das melhores praias do Algarve, e a apenas alguns passos da melhor animação noturna, restaurantes, lojas e supermercados. Existem ligações de transportes públicos nas imediações e as estações de autocarros e comboios ficam a aproximadamente 2 e 6,5 km, respetivamente. O aeroporto de Faro fica a aproximadamente 40 km de distância. Este complexo conta com 54 apartamentos com varanda, 42 dos quais proporcionam vistas fantásticas para o mar, oferecendo aos hóspedes todo o conforto necessário durante a sua estada. Este aparthotel compreende um hall de entrada com cofre e guiché para câmbio monetário, assim como acesso à Internet nas áreas públicas e serviço de lavandaria (este último mediante taxa extra).
