Inaugurado em Dezembro de 2018, o My Story Charming Hotel Augusta faz renascer um antigo edifício de uma das mais conhecidas ruas de Lisboa. A Rua Augusta é a artéria principal resultante do ordenamento do território lisboeta após o terramoto de 1755. Faz a ligação entre dois pontos icónicos – Praça do Comércio e Praça D. Pedro IV (Rossio), sendo inicialmente destinada à venda de sedas e lãs, à semelhança das ruas paralelas, em que era atribuído um tipo de comércio a cada uma.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
