Torel Palace Lisbon opened in 2013 and consists of two historic palaces and a mansion. Feel like a king or queen in our themed rooms and apartments. Privacy, dedicated service and spectacular views make Torel Palace Lisbon a haven of peace in the heart of the capital. At Torel Palace Lisbon we seek your well-being. Our goal is to make you feel at home, in an environment surrounded by elegance and good taste. Our 25 rooms are divided into 6 categories: Standard, Standard with a view, Executive with a view, Master, Premier with a view and Royal with a view. In addition, we still have a Villa and five new apartments. Each room has a different and particular decoration inspired by the kings and queens of Portugal, creating a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
