They are comfortable and equipped with air conditioning / heating, free wifi, full kitchen with utensils, satellite TV flat screen digital terrestrial television and bathroom with hairdryer. They are perfect for both short and long term stays. * The Standard Rooms will no longer have a fully equipped kitchen, now they will only have Office. *Please, contact the hotel by telephone or email at least 48 hours before arrival to arrange the check-in.*Stays of 6 or more nights include a general cleaning. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
