Description

Ground floor access from Calle Rua Da Prata with the reception, the common toilets, the breakfast room that also has access from Calle de san Nicolas. On the first floor we have 11 rooms (one of which is adapted) and the gym. On the second and third floors 12 rooms On the letter and fifth floors we have another 11 rooms on each. And on each of these floors a junior suite. In basement 1 we have technical and internal use rooms.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
