Palacete do Chafariz D'El Rei is a eclectic buiding with neo-Moorish style, dating from the end of the XIX century. With Art Nouveau Brazilian interiors, which were very usual at the turn of the century. Palacete Chafariz D'el Rei breathes history in all its architectural features, as well as in the decorative elements, which make it unique in the region. In 2007, it underwent a careful recovery process, where every detail was planned to transform it into a glamorous and comfortable Home Boutique Hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
