We hope you can feel comfortable in our cosy and quiet rooms, and that our central location will take you to see everything you wish for in your stay in our beautiful city!VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE: Esqina Urban Lodge only opens reception from 8:30AM to 5PM, all check ins and check outs before or after those hours will be done virtually through WhatsApp. Please let us know about your arrival time so that we can contact you and give all the needed information. If you arrive in between 8:30 and 5PM you will have our kind and very helpful staff that will assist you in everything you may need.If you could please send us your email and/or WhatsApp number so that we can start preparing your stay and also can communicate with you during your days with us it would be awesome.Having that in mind we would love to get to know a bit more about you, and your stay in Lisbon. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
