Se chegar depois das 20h00 terá de fazer o check-in no Hotel Eurostars Regina (C/ San Vicente, 97), a 10 minutos a pé dos apartamentos ou online. O nosso horário de receção nos apartamentos é das 10h00 às 14h00 e das 16h00 às 20h00. Se pretende chegar depois das 20h00, ou prefere fazer o check-in online, poderá fazê-lo desta forma, desde que nos avise previamente para: reservas@apartamentosmetropolis. com, onde indicará o número de reserva e nome. Para garantir a sua reserva e por motivos de segurança, ser-lhe-á solicitado um cartão de garantia bancária.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
