O hotel situa-se no centro da cidade, próximo dos principais monumentos, da catedral, de Giralda e da área de Santa Cruz. O edifício, datado do século XV, é um dos muitos edifícios históricos do centro de Sevilha. Trata-se de um antigo convento, fundado no sul da Andaluzia, com o intuito de preparar monges e freiras para converter os habitantes das áreas colonizadas por Cristóvão Colombo. O convento foi convertido num hotel totalmente climatizado, inaugurado em 2003, com um total de 35 quartos. As instalações incluem um hall de entrada com recepção em serviço sob 24 h, cofre, elevador, wi-fi nas áreas comuns, café e restaurante. Os quartos dispõem casa de banho completa, televisão, telefone com ligação directa, cofre e ar condicionado e aquecimento regulados individualmente.
