Situado directamente na praia e com uma vista panoramica sobre a mesma, e apenas a 5 minutos do centro de Santa Maria, onde se encontram todos os restaurantes e lojas. Todos os apartamentos estão equipados com cozinha, ar condicionado, banho/WC, varanda ou terraço, vista mar lateral or directa para o mar (mediante o pagamento de um suplemento), telefone e TV. O pequeno almoço e o jantar são servidos no Hotel Odjo d'Agua, ao lado.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
