O hotel situa-se no centro turístico de Salou, a cerca de 500 m de uma praia. Nas imediações encontram-se estabelecimentos comerciais, restaurantes e bares. As discotecas e os clubes ficam a 200 m de distância. Existe uma paragem de autocarros a cerca de 300 m e o parque de diversões Port Aventura localiza-se a cerca de 1 km. O hotel balnear, inaugurado em 1999, compreende um total de 240 quartos em 6 andares. As facilidades incluem hall de entrada com recepção (serviço sob 24 h), elevador, guichet para câmbio monetário e cofre. Conta adicionalmente com uma sala de jogos, uma sala de televisão, um café e um restaurante à la carte climatizado com cadeiras para crianças. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
