Este atractivo aparthotel situa-se no centro turístico de Roses, a cerca de 100 m da praia e a 200 m do centro turístico. Os transportes públicos encontram-se a poucos passos do hotel. Nas proximidades localizam-se diversas áreas comerciais com várias lojas, boutiques, bares, pubs e restaurantes. O hotel, construído em 1978 e renovado em 1998, compreende um edifício principal de 5 andares com um total de 37 quartos. Coloca ao dispor um hall de entrada com recepção (disponível 24 h por dia), cofre, guichet para câmbio monetário, elevador e um café. Existe também um restaurante à la carte climatizado com cadeiras para crianças, bem como serviços de quartos e de lavandaria. O hotel conta ainda com acesso à Internet (taxa extra). - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
