FrontAir Congress Hotel offers over 2.000 m2 of meeting and conference rooms and another 1.200 m2 of leisure amenities compromising Spa (extra charge), gym and thermal treatments. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to/from the airport. \nFrom February 2014 the hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to the center of Barcelona (Plaza EspaÃ±a) and will connect FrontAir Congress with the Exhibition Area Gran Via. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
