O hotel está situado em 2 casas históricas construídas por volta de 1870 e concebidas pelo famoso arquiteto holandês P.J.H. Cuypers, que também desenhou a estação central de Amesterdão e o Rijksmuseum (museu nacional). É elegantemente decorado e localizado nas imediações do centro da cidade. Os amantes de arte podem deslocar-se a pé até ao Museu de arte moderna Stedelijk, ao Museu Van Gogh e à Casa de Anne Frank em apenas 20 minutos. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
