Hotel 5 estrelas: taxa de cidade no valor de 2,25 EUR + IVA por pessoa e por noite em Barcelona e na Catalunha, Hotel 4 estrelas: taxa de cidade no valor de 1,10 EUR + IVA por pessoa e por noite em Barcelona (0,90 EUR + IVA na Catalunha), Restantes hotéis e apartamentos: taxa de cidade no valor de 0,65 EUR + IVA por pessoa e por noite em Barcelona (0,45 EUR + IVA na Catalunha). Trata-se de um custo adicional para hóspedes com mais de 16 anos que NÃO ESTÁ INCLUÍDO nas tarifas dos quartos.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
