The establishment also enjoys convenient public transport connections, like the bus and underground. The apartment boast a modern and stylish design with all the necessary amenities for a truly relaxing stay, such as fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and luminous living room. Only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the apartment. Holding parties is strictly prohibited in all our apartments. Noise must be kept to a minimum from 21:00pm to 10:00am. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
