O confortável hotel situa—se junto à praia no centro da localidade da Isla Canela, com os seus estabelecimentos comerciais e locais de entretenimento. Os transportes públicos localizam-se a cerca de 200 m do hotel. O hotel balnear, construído em 2002, compreende 4 andares com um total de 241 quartos, dos quais 8 individuais, 4 suites e 52 estúdios apartamentos. O hotel conta ainda com um cabeleireiro, um bar e um restaurante climatizado. Estacione o seu automóvel no parque de estacionamento ou na garagem. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
