O complexo, renovado em 2011, contempla um total de 200 quartos em 3 edifícios e os hóspedes poderão optar por entre inúmeros apartamentos e moradias. O edifício central oferece serviços de recepção, de estacionamento, de lavandaria, de porteiro nocturno. Compreende cofre, elevador e café. Os hóspedes poderão usufruir dos serviços de quarto e de lavandaria e, mediante pagamento adicional, de uma garagem. Os hóspedes mais novos poderão entreter-se no parque infantil.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
