O edifício original, um convento do século XV considerado Monumento Nacional, foi convertido num luxuoso hotel de 59 quartos e suites, rodeado de magníficos jardins de aproximadamente 8 hectares é o local perfeito para desfrutar de planície alentejana a relaxar durante a sua estadia. No hotel encontrará um restaurante gastronómico, localizado na antiga adega do convento e um piano bar resultante da reconversão da cozinha utilizada pelos monges. Na cisterna gótica foi criada uma área para provas de vinhos e de produtos regionais.O Convento do Espinheiro dispõe de um magnifico SPA com 6 salas de tratamento, piscina interior e exterior, outra para crianças. - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
