The hotel: The Gran Hotel Rey Don Jaime is located at 1300 meters from the beach of Castelldefells and a few minutes walk from the tourist area where you will find a great diversity of bars and restaurants. The hotel has 220 rooms divided in two areas, the original from the 50's and the new area from Barcelona Olympic Games in 1992. The hotel is located in the top of a hill and some rooms have fantastic views. Some of them have also a terrace with sea view (Supplement applied). Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
