Building located on Villarroel street, in the central Eixample district, and a 15-minute walk from Paseo de Gracia, next to the Hospital Clínic metro station. Barcelona Sants AVE train station can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot or a short metro ride. It has 15 apartments with capacity for 4 or 5 people. They feature modern décor and offer free Wi-Fi throughout. Barcelona Apartment Villarroel has deluxe and executive 2-bedroom apartments. They all have a living-dining area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. *For stays of 6 or more nights, a general cleaning of the apartment is included. The last day the kitchen must be left completely tidy. *Only 2 apartments per reservation/locator. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
