O hotel situa-se centralmente junto à praia Poniente (cerca de 30 m), perto de diversos restaurantes e estabelecimentos comerciais. Dispõe de uma vista magnífica sobre o pequeno porto e sobre um parque de palmeiras. A belíssima cidade velha com bares fica a cerca de 200 m de distância. Até aos transportes públicos são apenas cerca de 50 metros. Construído no ano de 1967 e renovado em 2002, este hotel dispõe de 7 andares com um total de 7 quartos individuais e 109 duplos. Contempla uma recepção (serviço sob 24 horas) e 2 elevadores, bem como um café, um restaurante climatizado com zona para não fumadores e um terminal de acesso à Internet. Os hóspedes têm também a seu dispor serviço de lavandaria. Os iluminados quartos dispõem de casa-de-banho, ligação telefónica directa, acesso à Internet, aquecimento central e cofre. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
