O complexo de apartamentos situa-se a 25 m da praia Poniente e da localidade turística de Benidorm. Nas proximidades encontram-se áreas comerciais com lojas, boutiques, bares e restaurantes, bem como transportes públicos mesmo em frente ao hotel. O complexo, construído em 1991 e renovado em 2000, dispõe de 21 andares com um total de 90 apartamentos. Contempla um confortável bar, serviço de snack-bar e de lavandaria. Na área exterior do hotel existe um parque de estacionamento e garagem. Todos os apartamentos contam com casa de banho, telefone com ligação directa, aquecimento central e cofre. Este complexo dispõe de uma piscina, sauna, solário e de um centro de fitness.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
