O complexo situa-se na zona antiga de Benidorm, a cerca de 25 m da praia do Levante. Nas imediações encontram-se bares e restaurantes, bem como estabelecimentos comerciais. O campo de golfe mais próximo localiza-se a 3 km. A recepção fica a cerca de 50 m, no Hotel Sol. Os estúdios, um complexo do Hotel Sol, compreendem 11 quartos para 3 pessoas, distribuídos por 4 andares. Terá um elevador à disposição. As habitações são limpas diariamente. Os hóspedes poderão usufruir do restaurante e bar no Hotel Sol (cerca de 50 m). A maioria dos estúdios contempla um terraço e todos eles dispõem de casa de banho. As comodidades incluem uma pequena kitchenete, bem como ar condicionado/aquecimento regulados individualmente. Adicionalmente compreendem televisão e cofre. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
