Description

Este hotel é um paraíso à beira do rio Guadiana. De um espaço já existente e adormecido, nasceu o Hotel d'Alcoutim. Um ambiente leve, simples e acolhedor, onde o azul convida a relaxar. Os 32 quartos, todos com varanda, na grande maioria voltados para o rio, oferecem um descanso confortável. A Sala Castelo foi pensada como um local de reuniões e palestras, encontros, conversas e leituras. A Sala Guadiana, cheia de grandes janelas a convidar o sol, é composta por um espaço de refeições, um bar e uma varanda com vista para o rio que lhe dá o nome. O jardim verde e relaxante, onde se pode sentir a natureza e olhar os veleiros, é a master piece do hotel. A vista, a piscina, o espaço amplo, os pássaros e as árvores, a tranquilidade do rio, fazem deste, um sítio onde apetece estar e voltar. Esperamos que o nosso espaço seja também o seu!

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
