The Palace of Chafariz D'El Rei is an eclectic Neo-Moorish style building dating from the late 18th century. XIX with interiors well in the style of the call New Brazilian Art, very in vogue at the turn of century. During two years it underwent a thorough and meticulous process of recovery and restoration, preserved the entire original design as well as the decorative and architectural elements that make up the interior and exterior of the building. With an intimate concept, Palacete Chafariz D'El Rei intends to make you feel at home, offering a familiar and welcoming but equally exclusive atmosphere, with all the refinements and stewardship of an early 20th century Mansion. It has six luxurious suites with unique views of the river and the city. - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
