O complexo é composto por dois edifícios renovados em 2025 e separados por uma rua pública: o Ponient Marinada (4*) (edifício principal) e o Ponient Aparthotel Marinada (2*). O Ponient Marinada (4*) tem 222 quartos duplos e familiares, todos com varanda, Wi-Fi gratuito e cofre. Oferece opções de pequeno-almoço, meia pensão ou tudo incluído e tem um parque infantil, um clube infantil com um parque aquático, duas piscinas exteriores, uma área de jogos, uma área de recreação infantil, um restaurante buffet e um bar. Atividades diurnas e noturnas para crianças e adultos, bem como uma experiência imersiva de realidade virtual. O Ponient Aparthotel Marinada (2*) tem 81 estúdios com cozinha, área de jantar, casa de banho privativa e varanda para 2, 3 ou 4 pessoas. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
