Os Quartos Executivos, situados entre o primeiro e o terceiro andares, dispõem de terraços ou varandas com vista para o jardim ou para a cidade do Porto. Por favor, note que estes quartos requerem a utilização de dois elevadores. A piscina exterior está fechada de 1 de novembro a 31 de março, e o Restaurante Gastronómico com duas estrelas Michelin está fechado de 5 de janeiro a 3 de março de 2025. Devido à elevada procura, recomenda-se a reserva antecipada tanto para o restaurante como para o spa para garantir a disponibilidade. Pedidos e preferências especiais estão sujeitos à disponibilidade no momento do check-in e podem incorrer em custos adicionais.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
