**A partir del 01/03/20 hay que pagar tasa turística por huéspedes con edad igual o superior a 13 años, por noche, hasta un máximo de 7 noches seguidas, el pago se hará al hacer el check-in o check-out. La tasa a pagar será de 1.50€/noche y persona.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
