Para coordenar melhor o seu check-in, agradeceríamos que contactasses a receção para indicar a hora da tua chegada. Se a tua chegada for fora deste horário, por favor, contacta a receção do hotel e eles fornecerão instruções de acesso ao teu quarto/apartamento. A hora oficial de check-in é às 15h00. Se chegares mais cedo e o teu quarto/apartamento não estiver pronto, podemos guardar a tua bagagem para que possas desfrutar da cidade enquanto o preparamos. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
