Description

The hotel has a privileged location close to the main monuments and traditional areas of Porto, with excellent access to major points of entry and exit in the city. It has 89 rooms spread over two buildings and offers excellent facilities for meetings, taking two spaces located in two buildings, plus restaurant, bar and room service. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the historic centre, Tower of Clerigos, Ribeira, Porto wine cellars, Museum Soares dos Reis and Serralves Foundation among others.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
